Madison is Vice President of Account Training and Consulting for ComPsych Corporation, headquartered in Chicago. Anita’s responsibilities include the design and presentation of workshops, analysis of client organizational issues, consulting in HR practices and issues and one-on-one HR, Executive and Manager coaching. Anita was the principal owner of the Professional Development Network, a California-based private consulting firm specializing in assisting organizations with all functions related to human resources. Anita has served as an adjunct faculty member in the business schools of two California universities and on the Board of Directors of the Council on CEUs. She holds a Masters in Organizational Behavior from Northern Illinois University and a BS in Management/Marketing from Penn State University. She brings 25 years of “real world” business management and organizational leadership to her work. |
