UAA IT Services has upgraded to the new identity management application me.uaa.alaska.edu. This web application is powered by ELMO, the new system wide account management engine. Unlike our previous identity management solution, in the event you forget your password, you can reset it without calling the Call Center. If you need to make other changes to your user account (such as Mail Alias changes) login to UAA Identity Manager. Identity Manager will stay in service (with a reduced role) until the account attribute modification feature is integrated into me.uaa.alaska.edu.
Q. Can I still use Identity Manager to change my password?
No, this feature has been disabled, the only thing Identity Manager can do for you is add/change your email alias and other user information.
Q. I'm having trouble logging in?
Me.uaa.alaska.edu requires that you login with your UA Username or UA ID and your UA password. If you don't know your UA Username (or UA ID) select Option 3.
Q. How do I get in if I don't know my UA password?
Just select Option 2 and enter your UA Username or UA ID number. The system will ask you some questions to verify your identity.
Can I change the password for my local campus account (ie UAA Username) here?
Yes, even if you have multiple accounts at different campus locations. Me.uaa.alaska.edu can manage all of your electronic credentials. Once logged in, select the username field to choose the user account you want to change the password on.
