Video Conference Request Form

Request Procedures:

  1. Plan ahead as far as possible. We need at least one week advance notice to successfully accommodate VTC requests. Tell us what you would like to do and we can make recommendations to help you plan your event.
  2. Reserve a room with Facilities Scheduling (786-1497); indicate you need a VTC-capable room.
  3. Gather information from "far-side" endpoints, including contact and VTC info (see request form for specifics).
  4. Use this form submit information and request.
