Long Distance Access Code Request

On the University of Alaska's Anchorage Campus, a long distance access code is necessary to place any long distance or local information (411) call. Long distance access codes are available to departments, faculty and staff only. Students are not eligible to receive long distance access codes.

To obtain a long distance access code, contact the IT Services Call Center at 786-4646 option 1, or submit the email request form below.

Requesting By Phone

When calling 786-4646 option 1 to request a long distance access code, please have the following information available:

• Org and Fund Numbers
• Name of Individual and/or Department
• Name of Department if the card is for an individual
• Contact person's name and phone number

Email Request

As an alternative to calling, the form below can be completed to request a long distance access code. Upon submission, it will be emailed directly to Voice Services in the IT Services Call Center.
