The UAA IT Services Call Center is staffed 7 days a week by professional technicians, 363 days a year. The technicians can assist you with password and PIN reset, software understanding, technical requests, as well as general questions about technology.

Computer Lab Technicians
General use computer labs are staffed with lab technicians that can help you with your password, the lab computers, the lab software, and printing. Consultants are allowed to limit the time for assistance, particularly if others are waiting for help. Visit the computer labs site for more details about the support resources available.
