Phone Support & Requests, UAA Callcenter

The UAA IT Services Call Center is staffed 7 days a week by professional technicians who are available from 6AM – midnight (Monday – Friday) and 8 AM – 5PM (Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays), 363 days a year. The technicians can assist you with password and PIN reset, software understanding, technical requests, as well as general questions about technology. The technicians will log your incident as well so that you may review the process by visiting the self-service portal at http://techsupport.uaa.alaska.edu.

Computer Lab Technicians

General use computer labs are staffed with lab technicians that can help you with your password, the lab computers, the lab software, and printing. Consultants are allowed to limit the time for assistance, particularly if others are waiting for help. Visit the computer labs site for more details about the support resources available.

Faculty Technology Center

Faculty can use IT Services Faculty Technology Center (FTC), an instructional lab and learning center that provides guidance and support in utilizing instructional technologies to achieve academic success.
