Health Insurance Requirements

The Deadline to submit proof of Health Insurance for Fall, 2009 is 5pm, Wednesday, September 9.  Failure to meet this deadline may result in disciplinary action up to and including SEVIS termination, which would subject the student to immediate detention and or deportation.  Don't miss the deadline! Please note that proof of insurance must be in English and meet the Health Insurance Requirements above.
