Biography
Paola Banchero teaches Reporting and Writing News, First Amendment and
Media Ethics, Magazine Writing and Design for Print I. She also advises
The Northern Light, one of two student media on campus. Her research
interests are religion and media, Latinos and the media and community
journalism. She began teaching at UAA in Spring 2004. She has 17 years
of experience in journalism, reporting from Guadalajara, Mexico to
Anchorage.
