LIBRARY

The Consortium Library has a wide selection of materials in and about the languages taught at UAA.  Come discover how the library can help you in your studies!

LEARNING RESOURCE CENTER (LRC)
The Language Lab is located in the Learning Resource Center in Sally Monserud Hall on the west side of campus. Hours of operation and technical specifications for the computers in the lab may be found here. The language lab also contains audio-visual equipment so that students may watch films or listen to practice tapes or CDs.

TUTORING

Tutoring is provided to all languages students. Tutoring sessions are provided on a set schedule which changes each semester. Sessions may be held in either in the Language Lab in the Learning Resource Center (LRC), located in Sally Monserud Hall, or in the Administration/Humanities building where the Department of Languages is housed. COMMON AREA
The Common Area is located in the lobby of the Department of Languages. There are two language capable computers, a printer and a scanner for student use.  This workstation is open during regular office hours (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. weekdays during Fall and Spring semesters; variable in the Summer sessions).
