The University of Alaska Anchorage Athletic Department will hold the 20th annual Seawolf Golf Tournament on Tuesday, August 17 at the Eagleglen Golf Course on Elmendorf Air Force Base.
Registration is under way, with the tournament open to 180 players. The format is a four-player, best-ball scramble over 18 holes, with a shotgun start at 8 a.m.
Tournament entry-fee donations are $175 per player, which includes greens fees, two carts per team, a Seawolf golf shirt, balls, tees and refreshments, and a lunch/awards banquet following the tournament.
There will be special prizes for longest drive, closest to the pin and holes-in-one. Discounted military reservations are available.
Entry forms can be downloaded online at GoSeawolves, or they are available at the UAA Athletic Department, Room 220 in the Wells Fargo Sports Complex, and at all Anchorage-area courses and golf shops.
All entry donations benefit UAA student-athletes. Entry deadline is August 13
