Call Team Employment Opportunities

UAA Parking Services recruits Call Team Officers each semester. We look for public oriented, outgoing, hard working, and team oriented individuals for part-time employment.

You must have a good driving record and be enrolled in at least six credits at UAA. Strong written and verbal skills required. Prior experience in customer service preferred.

The Call Team serves to provide professional and responsive assistance to the University Community. Through Calls for Service and Parking Enforcement the Call Team strives to deliver the highest degree of customer service possible.

Individuals interested becoming a member of the Call Team are encouraged to apply early, only a limited number of openings are expected.
