Purpose

To set forth the delegation authority for property entry.

Policy

Delegation Authority
Authority is delegated to the Directors/President to administer the local entry and edit of all property addition, transfer and disposal information into the Banner Property system.

Delegation Criteria
Adherence to the referenced policy and procedure and sufficient staff training on property entry and edit procedures.

Applicability
All community campuses have the delegation authority for property entry expressed in this policy unless special limits or requirements are set by the Vice Chancellor for Administration.
