Undergraduate Student Spotlight

Jennifer LaCasse is currently an undergraduate student in the University of Alaska Anchorage Department of Psychology. She is currently the PSI CHI President and serves as a Teaching Assistant for a Learning and Cognition Course within the department. She is a former co-recipient of an Undergraduate Research Grant for a study aimed at investigating the effects of reinforcer flavor variety on food-related motivation in dwarf hamsters. She also has experience acting as a mentor for students involved in the National Institute of Diabetes & Digestive & Kidney Diseases Program. Upon completion of her undergraduate degree, Jennifer plans to attain her Master’s of Public Health.
