If you have taken courses at UAF, UAS, or PWSCC, your transcript will NOT reflect completed coursework from these locations. Please contact each campus directly.

Before You Order

Holds: You must clear any holds on your record before transcripts will be released. Current and recently enrolled students may check for holds on the web at http://uaonline.alaska.edu.

 
 
 

Important Information

To maintain confidentiality, the university does not publish social security numbers on written requests, forms, electronic displays, or other communication unless required and/or permitted by law (Family Education Rights and Privacy Act of 1974). The last 4-digits of social security numbers will be printed on official transcript.

 
 
 

If you Attended Prior to Spring 1982

If you have attended the UA system at any time since 1982, you will have a UAOnline account, if you attended UAA, a UAA community campus, or ACC prior to spring 1982 (and you have not attended since) you must order Paper Transcripts, In-Person or Mail Order

 
 
 

Adult Learning Center (ALC)

If you received your high school diploma from the Adult Learning Center (ALC) accredited High School Diploma Program, submit the Adult Learning Center (ALC) Request Form at the Registrar Forms page. 

For General Educational Development (GED) transcripts email Alaska Department of Labor and Workforce Development at ged@alaska.gov.
