Enrollment Certifications provide proof of enrollment for a student’s financial lender, insurance company or sponsor.

• An undergraduate student who is enrolled at UAA for 12 or more credits is classified as full-time.
• A graduate student who has been admitted to a UAA graduate program and is enrolled at UAA for 9 or more credits is classified as full-time.

The Online National Student Clearinghouse Enrollment Verification site provides access to real-time student loan lender detail, Deferment information, Enrollment verification and printing of Proof of Enrollment.

Login to Secure Area
Go to: Student Services
Choose the "Enrollment Verification" option
(Clearinghouse verifications available 1 week prior to start of the semester)

• Obtain an enrollment certificate to print and mail to a health insurer or other company that requests proof of enrollment.
• View your enrollment information on file with the Clearinghouse.
• View the student loan deferment notifications that the Clearinghouse has provided to your loan holders (lenders and guarantors).
• View the proof(s) of enrollment that the Clearinghouse has provided to your health insurers and other providers of student services or products.
• Order an official transcript or view the status of your transcript requests.
• View specific information about your student loans.

Requests for Enrollment certifications may be submitted in writing. Request forms can be found online on the UAA Forms Page  in the Enrollment Services section under the heading ‘Request for Enrollment Certification’ (verifications with this form are not available until the 1st day of class). This form can then be mailed or faxed to:
