Application for Graduation Form

All correspondence with students regarding degree completion, commencement, and diplomas will occur through your student UAA e-mail account only. Please make sure you are able to receive e-mails and that you check them often.

You must be fully admitted to the degree/certificate prior to applying for graduation.

Students must apply by appropriate deadlines and pay associated fees: application fee $25 ($50 for late applications). Charges for online applications will be automatically charged to the student's account. Make sure to pay via UAOnline promptly in order to avoid any accounting holds which may impact registration and/or graduation. The fee should appear on your student account in UAOnline within 7 business days.

To use the online Application for Graduation form, log in with your UAA username (not your UA ID number) and your UAA password (the password used for UAA e-mail, Blackboard, and UAA Active Directory). If you do not leave this page after trying to log in, the combination of username and password that you entered were not recognized. If you used a UAA legacy username (one beginning with af for a faculty account, an for a staff account or as for a student account), try using your new UAA username (which usually consists of the first initial, middle initial and whole last name). If you continue to have problems with this, go to me.uaa.alaska.edu and click on option 2 to reset your password. If you are still unable to login after successfully resetting your password, please send an email to degrees@uaa.alaska.edu.
