Welcome to On-Campus Living

We could not be happier to have you joining us as you start or continue your collegiate adventure at UAA.  Living on campus gives you opportunities and advantages that can make your college experience more memorable, more enjoyable, and more successful. And because students who live on campus get better grades and are more likely to graduate than those who don't, you realize that living on campus is really about more than a lifestyle--it's about your life.

Our community is built on the expectation of respect, civility, cooperation and engagement.  Through these expectations, we believe that our community can thrive.  On-campus housing offers the convenience of easy access to classes, libraries, study and recreation areas and special events. New and returning students can apply online for on-campus housing. It's easy to get involved and stay connected while living here--living on campus means living in the heart of the Seawolf Nation. While on campus, residents can join more than 250 organizations including academic clubs, honorary, social and professional groups. There are also fraternities and sororities as well as special interest groups that can help you connect to UAA in special ways.

The Guide to On-Campus Living serves as your resource to all of the policies and processes associated with On-Campus Living at UAA. Please keep it handy as a reference throughout the year. If you have any questions that are not answered by the "Guide," or if there is anything else we may do to assist you, please give us a call or stop by our offices.  UAA Housing is located in Commons 101, and the Department of Residence Life is located in Main Apartment Complex (MAC) 6-103.

Thanks for choosing to live on campus; we look forward to getting to know you as we learn and grow together throughout the year.
