Lacy Karpilo, Ph.D.

Biography

Lacy Karpilo is the Director of Residence Life. She received her Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from Colorado State University, M.A. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Denver, and B.A. in Psychology from Occidental College. Lacy and the Residence Life staff are focused on creating a living and learning environment that allows each student to reach their greatest academic and personal potential. Lacy enjoys working at UAA because of the dedicated staff and faculty that share her passion for student success and the students that amaze her everyday with their passion for learning and desire to make a positive impact on the world. She enjoys the outdoors and in her time off you just might find her hiking, biking, or skiing.
