Fall 2005 Fact Sheet

RRANN originated in September 1998 at UAA in the School of Nursing with a federal grant from Health Resources and Services Administration, Division of Nursing in the United States Department of Health and Human Services (HRSA). Since that time to date, there has been an increase of Alaska Native and American Indian students and graduates.

2005 - 3 (thus far - another graduation in December)

Nursing Majors - 35:
1 - Associate of Applied Science (AAS) - Anchorage
20 - Bachelors of Science (BS) - Anchorage
14 - UAS Statewide (Bethel, Fairbanks, Juneau, Ketchikan, Kodiak)
