The purpose of the Customer Service Scholarship is to offer financial assistance for tuition and other educational expenses to students who have successfully completed CNT A165 Customer Service Fundamentals at UAA.

It is the intent of the donor(s) to award one (1) $200 and three (3) $100 scholarships

Qualifications:

• Applicant must have successfully completed CNT A165 Customer Service Fundamentals at UAA
• Applicant should demonstrate motivation, academic and leadership potential.
• Applicants must be in good academic standing with a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.0.
• Applicant must plan on enrolling at least part-time at the University of Alaska Anchorage.
• Applicant may be an incoming or continuing student at the University of Alaska Anchorage.
• Applicant may be a U.S. citizen, non-U.S. citizen, Alaska resident, or out-of-state resident.
• Applicant does not have to be admitted into a degree-seeking program, however, preference will be given to applicants who are formally admitted into a degree-seeking program at UAA.
• Recipient may not be awarded the scholarship more than twice (former recipients must re-apply).
• Preference will be given to applicants who have a Customer Service Certificate from the International Customer Service Association (ICSA). Applicant will be responsible for providing documentation of the certificate.
