- SPENDonLIFE Scholarship Program: offers financial assistance for college students who are unable to obtain student loans due to a negative credit history.
- Fund For Veterans Education: Established to provide scholarships for veterans from all branches of the United States Armed Forces who served in Afghanistan or Iraq since September 11, 2001 who are now enrolled in college or vocational-technical school.
- Marshall Scholarships: Scholarships are awarded annually to at least 40 young US citizens, who are college graduates. Successful candidates are able to study a wide range of subjects for a further degree at any of Britain's universities.

- Alaska Community Foundation David E. Knox Memorial Nursing Fellowship- Support outstanding candidates in the pursuit of registered nursing degrees and service to small Alaskan communities.
- The Edward and Anna Range Schmidt Charitable Trust offers grants and emergency financial assistance for Alaska Native students of Earth and Environmental Science (internship support, travel and/or expenses related to workshops and science fairs, support needed to secure employment in science-related fields or emergency needs). - AFROTC at UAA- If you are looking for a rewarding and challenging career, consider serving as an officer in the US Air Force. Air Force ROTC has 2-year, 3-year, and 4-year programs that lead to a commission as a 2nd Lieutenant.

NAWIC FOUNDERS’ SCHOLARSHIP FOUNDATION Applicant must be currently enrolled in a construction-related degree program, and have at least one term remaining in a course of study leading to a degree or an associate degree in a construction-related field. High school seniors are not eligible. -
