UAA Second Chance Scholarship


The purpose of the UAA Second Chance Scholarship is to offer financial assistance for tuition and other related educational expenses to students majoring in Allied Health at the University of Alaska Anchorage. 

Qualifications:

  • Recipient must be an undergraduate majoring in Allied Health at UAA.
  • Recipient must have a minimum, cumulative GPA of 2.0.
  • Recipient must demonstrate financial need.
  • Recipients can be either part-time or full-time.
  • Recipients must be a resident of Alaska.

To apply to the UAA Second Chance Scholarship, you must provide all application materials required by the Allied Health Sciences Department.  The deadlines are as follows:

Fall award: August 16th

Spring award: November 30th

Summer award: April 1st
