Position: Construction Project Coordinator
The Construction Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Project Manager by keeping detailed project records including organizing & documenting meetings, recording & distributing meeting minutes. The successful candidate must be able to read & understand contract documents including drawings, specifications, subcontracts & purchase agreements. The position will be responsible for the full submittal process from preparing and maintaining the submittal log through final submission of the Operations & Maintenance Manuals. The Candidate must have strong computer skills and competent use of Microsoft programs and able to prepare competent written correspondence. This position will be working with subcontractors, vendors, owner's representatives, superintendents, expeditors and other office staff.

Under the direction of the Vice President, Real Estate, provide management oversight and administration throughout the planning, execution, monitoring and closing phases of real estate construction and development projects. Assist with property acquisitions, various projects, real estate planning and development activities, and planning and reporting activities.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in construction management, civil engineering or architecture, Master's degree preferred, and eight years progressively responsible experience in construction management, project management, real estate construction, scheduling, business financial analysis or related area. PMP designation preferred.
