The Seawolf Debate Program, The Alaska Ethics Center and the UAA Department of Philosophy are pleased to cooperate to bring you the fourth annual University of Alaska Ethics Bowl.  Inaugurated in 2011 by the University of Alaska Fairbanks’ Socratic Society, the tournament this year returns to Anchorage for the fourth incarnation.

The Ethics Bowl offers the opportunity for undergraduates to apply their knowledge of argument and ethics to case studies in a competitive environment designed to test reasoning, advocacy and critical thinking.  Information about the competition may be found in the tournament rules and procedures section of this site.  Judges will find information about evaluating the teams competing in the adjudication guidelines and criteria sections.

This year's competition will be held on Saturday, October 5 on UAA's campus. Registration is now open!
