Couch to 5K

Have you ever wanted to be able to run 3 miles, but are you unsure where to start?  Do you want to improve your mental and physical health?  Need a reason to get up each morning? Get moving with us!

We will meet Monday, Wednesday, and Friday between noon and 1pm of each week to gradually increase the distance and speed we run, jog or walk.  After 8 weeks, you will be able to go the 5K (3.1 miles) distance!

Interested? Complete this registration form and return to Student Health and Counseling Center, Rasmuson Hall, Rm 116 to drop off the form and schedule a physical.  Please have both completed by Friday, February 28, 2014.

Next Couch to 5K session starts Monday, March 3, 2014. Please have a registration form and physical complete by Friday, February 28, 2014
