In the United States we are seeing rapidly rising obesity rates. On college campuses, eating disorders are increasing. We see ultra thin body images through the media. All this leads to conflicting information about healthy eating.

Food should be a wonderful thing in our lives. The best approach to having a healthy body is to eat healthy, exercise moderately, and be comfortable with your own body type.
