The Student Union is a multi-use facility home to the department of Student Union & Commuter Student Services, the Dean of Students Office, the office of Student Life & Leadership, the office of New Student Orientation, the office of Student Clubs & Greek Life, the Student Union Art Gallery, USUAA, the KRUA 88.1FM remote studio, the Northern Light newspaper, and the restaurants Subway and Mein Bowl. The department of Student Union & Commuter Student Services offers a wide variety of services, like the Information Desk, the Daily Den, voter registration, outdoor equipment rentals, International Student Identification Cards, facility rentals, and events that are free for students, including the Beard and Mustache Competition, Wii Game Nights, Field Days, Dance Lessons, Talent Shows, Ping Pong Tournaments, and so much more. Our goal is to help all students feel like they belong at UAA.
