  • Postal Rate Increases
    The United States Postal Service (USPS) are increasing rates effective January 22, 2017.Key changes to be aware of include:
    First Class Mail increase from $0.47 to $0.49 (first ounce)
    All Priority Mail flat rates will increase.

  • New UAA Campus Property Coordinator! 

    Responsibility for UAA campus property coordination is now under General Support Services.  These responsibilities are held by LynnAnn Briske, in addition to her role as GSS Fiscal Officer.

    UAA departments with questions or needs related to property (with the exception of Surplus property pick up or delivery requests) should contact LynnAnn.  This includes all fixed asset (“tagged” item) documentation, vehicle paperwork/plates, and the campus physical inventory. Please DO NOT contact SW Property directly as this results in gaps in required communication and documentation processes. UAA General Support Services is in the process of developing an information web page related to Property.  If you have suggestions for information that would be beneficial to include, please email ideas to the Property email address.

  • Updated Mail Routes

    As a result of continuing budget cuts, we have had to reduce staffing in the UAA mailroom,
    eliminating one Mail Clerk position. To accommodate the change in staffing levels, mail routes were revised so that we may continue to provide consistent and quality service to our UAA community. The revised routes will go into effect July 6, 2016. Although some departments previously received two stops per day, all departments will not only receive ONE
    stop per day.
