Student Housing

The University provides approximately 75 single-person spaces in the MAC Apartments for students enrolled in summer sessions. To be eligible for summer student housing, students must be enrolled in a minimum of 3 credits over the course of the summer or be employed by UAA Housing, Conference Services, Residnece Life or ANSEP summer programs.

Each apartment contains a shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom, in addition to four single-person bedrooms. Apartments are fully furnished, including a dishwasher, dining table, sofas, chairs, desks, and beds (mattresses are 36"x80").

Residents will need to provide their own linens, pillows, blankets, cookware, and eating utensils. There is a coin operated washer/dryer facility on-site. The apartments are about a 10-minute walk from the library, Student Union, sports center, and classrooms.

Guest Housing for Non-Students

UAA also offers economical guest lodging in the summer for non-students. Please see the UAA Conference Services website for more information on summer housing options.
