Welcome to the Campus Living Community
We're here for you.
Whether you are a returning student, or this will be your first experience living
away from home, the staffs of UAA Housing and Dining Services ("Housing") and the Department of Residential Life ("Res Life") are here to help. We hope to provide you with the on-campus advantage,
one that will help you truly connect to your fellow students, your classes, and to
campus organizations and activities!
Prior to moving on to campus, your primary point of contact will be University Housing. While we have tried to provide answers to most common questions here on our website, if at any time you would like personalized assistance, please call us at (907)751-7202, send us an email, or stop by the Housing front desk, located in the Gorsuch Commons on Sharon Gagnon Lane, just off Elmore Road.
Once you have moved to campus, Housing handles issues such as meal plans, maintenance concerns, and other details relating to the "business" side of living on campus.
Our partner organization in maintaining a positive residential-student community is the Department of Residence Life. "Res Life" employs and trains the Residence Hall Coordinators, Resident Assistants, and Peer Mentors who live right on campus with you, and provides programs, services and opportunities which contribute to the personal and academic success of resident students.
Please refer to the links on the right side of this page for basic information about campus living at UAA.
We look forward to seeing you on campus!
