  • Hosting an Event on Campus

UAA Parking Services provides many options in regard to parking on campus or an event. There are options for UAA Departments or Outside organizations to pay for parking for the attendees of the event. In some cases, parking can be waived for both the attendee and the department/organization, but the event must meet a specific set of criteria.

    Parking options for events:
Departmental / Organizational purchase of scratch-off permits. 2 hour ($4) or daily use ($10)

Coupon Code in Pay N Park Machine:
Will be required the ability to send the code to those attending prior to the event. This option requires  that the department / organization pay per use of each permit obtained. (Varies from $1 per hour to $8 max per day).

    Enforcement Waiver:
Lot waivers vary in price based on location, time of day and duration of request. The lots are available to be waived from half day to full day.

    Reserve Parking Space Exclusively:
Parking spaces can be reserved on campus exclusively for a flat fee of $25 per space per day. (Excludes ADA)

Attendees can pay for their own parking:
Pay N Park Machines are more available in most parking lots on campus. (Range from $2 an hour to $10 max per day)
