Call for Student Workers
The Facilities Business Office, Electrical Maintenance Department, and Grounds and Horticulture Department are in need of student workers like you!
This team of financial wizards handles budgets, purchasing, and work management for everything Facilities related!
Student workers will:
- Provide administrative support
- Assist with data entry
- Deliver customer support
Always on the move, this team maintains over 384 acres of lawn, trees, flowers, hardscape and wild lands within Dena'ina Ełnena.
Student workers will;
- Help maintain UAA’s outdoor landscapes
- Operate minimal grounds keeping equipment
- Assist with snow removal
Our electrical maintenance crew oversees all campus lighting, generators, and electrical repairs across more than 50 campus buildings.
Student workers will:
- Conduct monthly building visits for egress, exit sign, sprinkler, and fire extinguisher inspections
- Replace light bulbs
