When are New Hire Documents Needed?

Active Employee No Additional Paperwork Required
Brand New Employee Full Packet Required
Terminated Less Than 10 Days Call HR Tech - No Additional Paperwork Required
Terminated Less Than 1 Year Ago I-9 Required & Direct Deposit (if they want to set up or reactivate)
Terminated More than 1 Year Ago Full Packet Required
