Verifications of Employment

Do you need to verify income or employment for a UAA employee?

All verifications need to be submitted to UAA Human Resource Services.  Requests can be submitted via fax or email.  Our office is not able to release information or verify employment over the phone.  All requests must be submitted in writing and include a signed authorization from the employee.

Do you need a letter showing proof of employment?

Please complete an Attachment A.  On the form, you'll need to tell our office what type of information you need to have included in your letter.  Please be as specific as possible by adding notes on the form.  Once we're finished, please let us know how you would like to receive your letter. 

We know how important your request is and our team works to get verifications completed in a timely manner. Most requests will take no more than 5 business days to complete the request.  However, please allow for additional processing time when requesting employment information prior to 1996.
