Projects

The Information Technology Services department provides facilitation and implementation resources for many Information Technology (IT) projects and initiatives. 

ITS defines three types of project-like efforts:

Priority
Core Project Core Project have the highest level of project rigor due to priorty, cost, or inflexible delivery dates.  1
Flex Project Flex Project have a high level of project management rigor, but have flexible delivery dates. Flex project timeline can slide due to higher priorities.  2
Initiative Initiatives have a lightweight project management process and are highly flexible in terms of delivery date.  3
