Online Directory Update - Department

This form is for requesting adding, removing, or updating a department or program listing in the online directory. Please note when submitting directory entries, names should match those approved by either the Office of the Provost for academic department / program / unit entries, or the Office of Vice Chancellor for Administrative Services for non-academic department / program / unit entries. The display name for all listings will in accordance with The Official UAA Brand Book published by University Relations; however, listings may have one, or more, aliases associated with it to facilitate searches of the directory.
