Departmental Resources Request

**Please Read. Major update to Departmental accounts**

Due to our migration to Google, departmental accounts no longer work the same way they use to previously. Users are now given the option for different resources that their department needs and then are given “delegate” access to these resources.

What this means is that you will no longer be obtaining the username and password for this account, and you will be accessing certain resources directly via your personal account.

This form will provide the ability to request a Google departmental email account and or calendar. It’s also a place where you can request for a resource calendar, this would be for: individual rooms that you need to keep track for booking dates, equipment checkout, etc.  It’s also a place where you can request a departmental storage.

Please provide the information below in order for your departmental account request to be completed.

Sponsor Information

The account sponsor/manager is the person who can call the IT Services Call Center to request that access to the departmental account be added or removed for specific individuals. This must be an individual and not a group.
