Interactive Desktop Support

Students/Staff/Faculty/Employees

A LogMeIn Rescue Support Connection will allow a Support Center technician to login to your computer remotely. The technician can then see your workstation and assist you with troubleshooting program or system errors when opening or installing programs, video conferencing tools such as Zoom or Blackboard Collaborate/Collaborate Ultra, or general hardware/software issues.

Computer Lab Technicians

General use computer labs are staffed with lab technicians that can help you with your password, the lab computers, the lab software, and printing. Consultants are allowed to limit the time for assistance, particularly if others are waiting for help. Visit the computer labs site for more details about the support resources available.
