Scheduled - What: UAA IT Services will be updating me.UAA beginning Thursday, April 18 at 5:15 AM to 6 AM.

Why: The ELMO software update for me.UAA fixes a minor bug.

Result: Starting at 5:15 AM, me.UAA will be offline for account lookups and password changes. Once the update is complete, me.UAA will be available again.

While me.UAA is unavailable, you can use UA ELMO as a workaround.

Any Issues: If you experience issues looking up your account, or changing your password after me.UAA is updated, don't hesitate to get in touch with the Technical Support Center.

Foxit and Adobe Outage
Resolved - This incident has been resolved. If you are having any additional issues with Foxit please call the service desk at 907-450-8300. If you are still having issues with Adobe please call UAA ITS at 907-786-4646.
