Consisting of instructional designers, developers, multimedia specialists, and student support personnel, we support eLearning, instructional technologies, and provide professional development opportunities for all of UAA and our rural campuses.

Title III Grant


We are very pleased to announce that the AI&e team, led by Dr. David Dannenberg and Dr. Heather Nash, has been awarded a U.S. Department of Education Title III Strengthening Institutions Grant, which helps schools become self-sufficient and expand their capacity to serve low-income students by providing funds to improve and strengthen academic quality, institutional management, and fiscal stability.



Blackboard Winter Upgrade Training


Are you the faculty that updates your spring courses before the holiday break? Then this workshop is for you! Come learn upgrade Export/Import instructions and stick around for an overview of the new features. Upgraded features include: SafeAssign as an Assignment Option, new Student Preview, easier feedback view for students, anonymous and delegated grading options and more.

Tech-Know Radio Show


The Tech-Know Radio Show is a talk show based on the use of technology at UAA. Each episode focuses on new exciting and innovated technology, for example:
