Sociology students are active across the UAA community, building enriching networks that promote service, research, club activities, and future employment opportunities. Our department oversees a few scholarship opportunities. Our student club is the Social Awareness Society and it welcomes interested students from any major. With guidance from faculty, students are encouraged to pursue research opportunities through the Office of Undergraduate Research and Scholarship.
