Biography
Roger Hull has a 30-year career as a US Naval Aviator and Major Program Manager, several years as Director, Network Solutions, and facilities implementation program manager at General Communications, Inc., five years with Booz Allen Hamilton as a Project Management consultant, 15 years as Adjunct Instructor, Project Management, at UAA, and 11 years as full-time instructor, Engineering, Science and Project Management at UAA.He has been Cost and Operational Effectiveness Analysis Program Manager for large-scale space-based wide area surveillance systems, Chief Test Director for Operational Evaluation of tactical acquisition programs, and Director, Research, Development Test and Evaluation for a large number of tactical electronics, sensors and communications systems. Additionally, he was Major Acquisition Program Manager for US Navy Command, Control, Communications and Information Systems Afloat and Ashore, worldwide.
Roger is a rated Airline Transport Pilot, commercial hot air balloon pilot, and member of the 1977 World Champion US Parachute Team. He is Vice President of the Alaska Academic Decathlon Board of Directors.
He serves as Academic Advisor and Capstone Project Primary Advisor for a large number of graduate students in Project Management.
