ANTHC Summer Health Internship
The Clinical and Research Services Department of the Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium has paid summer research internships. The purpose of this internship is to assist in the development of skills for a career in health research. Examples of activities include: assisting with on-going studies, statistical analysis, survey development and collection, develop and design research studies and gain knowledge in the areas of: research ethics, health disparities among Alaska Native People and research grant application processes. Internships may include: training outside of Anchorage, college credit, manuscript writing and other professional development opportunities. To be eligible to apply, you must me an Alaska Native or American Indian college junior or senior (or recent college graduate) with an interest in health research or health related careers. This is a 10 week program.
