In Alaska, professionals who serve families need opportunities to network, problem-solve, and think through how to work together.  With this conference, we hope professionals will find inspiration to connect, collaborate, and improve the continuity of care for families in Alaska. 

The Infant, Child, and Youth (ICY) Conference, formerly known as the IECMH Institute & CAFBH Conference, features renowned national speakers and Alaskan experts, with plenaries and workshops for professionals that work with infants, children, and youth of any age and their families. The 2026 ICY Conference will take place May 12 & 13, 2026. 

• Call for Proposals

  We are seeking presenters who will provide engaging training sessions that provide current, relevant information related to working with infants, children, and families in Alaska. Presentations are being accepted for all levels of learners (fundamental to intermediate to advanced). There are no fees required to submit a proposal.
