Sexual Misconduct: How Do UAA Students Define It?

This article describes efforts of the statewide University of Alaska (UA) system, and by University of Alaska Anchorage (UAA) in particular, to address sexual violence and misconduct on university campuses through policy changes and surveys to gauge attitudes and responses to sexual misconduct and assess the effectiveness of education and prevention efforts. Findings from 14 focus groups held at UAA in 2015, involving a total of 23 female and 18 male students, are discussed.
