Troy PaynePh.D.

Biography

Dr. Troy C. Payne is an associate professor in the Justice Center. He has published technical reports and in Policing: An International Journal of Police Strategies and Management. His work typically involves helping police departments define, analyze, and solve community problems through application of crime prevention theory and quantitative data analysis. He holds a Ph.D. in Criminal Justice from the University of Cincinnati.
