Biography

Nelsha Athauda is a research professional in the Institute for Circumpolar Health Studies, as a member of the Hahn Research Group. Nelsha received her MPH in Environmental Health from Emory University and her BSPH from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Before joining UAA, she was a research assistant at Emory University working on a NASA investigation on urban air pollution. Currently, her work focuses on climate change adaptation and air pollution exposure in Alaska.
