Health Sciences Student Organization

HSSO [Tentative] Mission:

UAA's Health Sciences Student Organization (HSSO) is an organization for students interested in the field of health sciences. The goal of the club is to provide professional development through community engagement, to guide and inform students about the health sciences degree program, assist students in identifying their career goals, provide support in the preparation of pre-professional or graduate programs, and opportunities to get involved with health sciences faculty research projects.

Next meeting date will be April 19th, 2019 from 3:00pm-4:00pm at BOC3 (Bragaw) Rm. 201 Conference Room, to discuss plans on how we will represent HSSO at Campus Kick Off, along with looking into items of specific academic interests that was brought to our attention from the fellow students at UAA. (Preparing for graduate programs, and what is REALLY necessary to graduate!)
