Students enrolled in classes at the Chugiak-Eagle River Campus (CERC) and on base through Military Programs receive tutoring and testing services for the classes taken at these locations. Supported by student fees, these services are provided to CERC and Military Program students at no additional charge. Students may also take advantage of tutoring and testing services offered through the Learning Commons and the Advising Center on main campus.

Testing Services

Tests may be scheduled for CERC and Military Program courses only. All other students must contact the main campus Testing Center. Testing services require you to set up an appointment. Please submit the online Testing Appointment Request Form no less than 48 weekday hours prior to the requested exam time.

Testing Appointment Request Form

Once we receive your form, our staff will contact you and your instructor to schedule an appointment with an available proctor.

Contact Information
Office: Chugiak-Eagle River Campus, Front Desk, Suite 115
P: 907.786.7600 (for general questions and canceling established appointments)

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call our front office staff at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations less than two hours before the appointment start-time will be considered a no-show. You will not be eligible to reschedule that exam if you are a no call/no show, and will need to work with your instructor to make alternative arrangements. If you are late for an appointment without providing adequate notification, that amount of time will be deducted from your total test time.

Note: All Accuplacer or non-CERC or non-Military Programs tests must be scheduled with the main campus Testing Center.
