Admission Requirements

UAA is an open enrollment university, however, there are math and English prerequisites for the first two Construction Management courses - CM A101: Fundamentals of CADD and CM A102: Methods of Building Construction. Students need to have taken MATH A105: Intermediate Algebra and passed the course with a "C" or better, or be eligible to take the MATH A105 concurrently with CM A101.  If a student places into a higher level math course, beyond MATH A105, the prerequisite is met.

A student must also be eligible to enroll in ENGL A111.  Both the math and English prerequisites can be established by taking the Accuplacer test through the UAA Testing Center.
